United Way Internship Program
United Way interns set the standard for young leaders in the St. Joseph Community by helping support one of the largest non profits in the world in its goal to help St. Joseph County in education, income and health. Learn the basics of working in a local office, discover skills and that are not taught - only learned, and meet important contacts as you build your career.

Marketing:
United Way is dedicated to advancing the common good through education, income, and health. Marketing Interns will learn how to navigate the office environment, work with volunteers, and create projects to reach out to the community.

Community Access Network (CAN):
The Community Access Network helps you build a plan to overcome the obstacles that affect your life. Interns will work with CAN member agencies to help those in need through learning about the principles of family development and the importance of a success plan.

United Way 2-1-1:
United Way 2-1-1 is a information referral service that puts hundreds of agencies at your fingertips with one easy number. Interns will work directly at the 2-1-1 call center while learning how to make a difference through information referral and client management.
